Hey everyone! Just another travel enthusiast like the rest of you! I am from a small town in northern Ontario in Canada but study at Carleton universityin Ottawa. I am currently however on my year abroad where I am studying in Mannheim Germany. I enjoy many things from traveling to art, movies, theatre, sports (Golf and basketball being my two favourite) and of course.. FOOD!! I am a very easy going person and am always up for some adventuring as well as trying many different foods :)

I am on couch surfing because although I absolutely love to travel it can become very expensive. Over the month of January I want to finish my set out goal of visiting at least one city in every Bundesland in Germany. I have 10 more Bundeslands in which I need to travel to finish my mission. If I stayed one night in a hostel in each of these cities I would be looking at an accommodation cost of 200+ euros! Not including the travel cost between the cities. I am hoping that with couch surfing I will be able to at least cut some of these cost for some of the cities. I also hope to be able to meet some amazing people and learn about the cities first hand and maybe be able to host some people when I move back to Ottawa this summer. So I hope you are willing to help me accomplish my mission that I had set out for my year abroad and that a great friendship also blooms from it too!

I think you should be amazed by all things you do in life! Moving to Germany and my first solo trip I took on my own we're definitely some of the most amazing things I have done.
