Retired and property owner. I am currently making my basement livable for guests. It has a bathroom and private room. It also has a separate entrance. It is not fancy but semi finished. Pictures to come shortly. Located one block from the bus line in South St. Louis city and on a nice street. I also have a parking space in my garage.
