Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed with the sweetest woman (Elizabeth) in Toronto, Canada in 2010. She hosted my sister, cousin, and I for 4 nights. On the trip, she introduced us to several other fellow couch surfers. It was a great experience.

Interests

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was 23 years old I traveled to Ghana, West Africa to live in a rural village (Adaklu Helekpe) for 4 1/2 months. I found an organization that placed me with a local family from the village to live with them during my time there. I also worked with a local NGO while in the village, writing grants for orphans to receive uniforms in order to go to school. These few months were life changing and amazing.
