About Me
CURRENT MISSION
to continue to meet the beautiful people that inhabit this tiny planet
ABOUT ME
small town kid, grew up in country australia in a town of 500 people, spent a lot of time drinking, studying and reading (there isn't a lot else out there) then decided one day that there was more to this life than sheep and dust so got up and left my country town for europe. taught english to kids in poland for six month, wanted to work in london but failed and decided should not waste a year of freedom working. travelled to wherever my feet took me(impulsive travel is the very best type of travel after all) and encounting everything and everyone i came across. i came back to australia and realised i live in an amazing country where that though lacks some of the finer points of culture has one all of its own that no where can compete with. so now i welcome those who find themselve on the weary road and offer them a comfy bed and a nice cold beer.
PHILOSOPHY
real happiness is only real when shared

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
mmmm seen many a floor, park bench, mattress, couch than some. drank in cool vodka in the parks of poland, run through the streets of berlin, watched the sunrise from the streets of prague, rode bikes through the pouring streets of glasgow, marched the streets of hamburg, danced on roof tops in the helsinki night, swam in the cool blur waters of croatia, flew round florence on the motorbike, had and lost a mustache in one night in nice and watched tha golden autumn fog lift from the parisan sky...only to give way to heavy rain, sang loudly at a bus stop at 4 am...
everyone and everywhere is adding to my adventures.
