ABOUT ME

My friends would say I was kind, a good listener, funny and hopefully they'd also say I was intellegent but can't spell for toffee. Often a bit flustered on arrival, has a knack for turning up when there's food around.

Interests

I love practicing yoga and teaching yoga. I like live music and can still rock out to choice bands, pixies et al although a bit older now and a mum I appreciate (need) my sleep. Amongst other things I like walking places, art galleries, window shopping, eating nice food both inside (can cook) and out and many other things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I walked the Cornish Coastal path and hitch hiked down the west coast of Ireland on summer breaks at Uni. Later on I trained to be a kundalini yoga teacher - hence the turban (don't wear it all the time) which for me was on a par with having a baby. Life changing - sort out your baggage right now sort of experiences. I'm a much better person for it all.
