About Me
CURRENT MISSION
In order to not sound trite or redundant I am not going to say to travel and see the world. ALthough I do enjoy traveling as much as the next person. I mainly just want to enjoy my post-collegiate life and hone my bread making skills.
ABOUT ME
I kind of hate writing these kinds of profiles.I have lived in New Orleans for about two years now slowly expanding my bagel business. Someday, I hope to open a collective/cooperative bakery complete with a garden/wheat/goat farm, community space, bike/book shop in addition to a small cooperative mill someday.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
It's been pretty limited. I recently went on a bike trip from New Orleans to Minneapolis and mostly used warmshowers.org, but stayed with some fine couchsurfers in between. I loved every minute of it.

Books: And by books, I mean authors. David Foster Wallace, Franzen, Delillo, Lethem, Rand, Pollan, Pynchon. You could say I have a slight obsession with postmodernist literature.
Music: beirut, the decemberists, belle and sebastian, lady gaga, hot chip, new pornographers, deer tick
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
running away from bears in yosemite, taking a harrowing mule ride out of
the grand canyon with a ruptured achilles tendon, becoming mysteriously ill in ecuador for many months
