About Me
ABOUT ME
i won't be able to host right now, as i am travelling.
i live as a flexitarian. i work in the arts industry. i love to laugh, smile, do artsy stuff, and learn about new things. i am a bike enthusiast and have been practicing yoga and meditation for years. i am environmentally conscious and try to support local/organic practicing farmers.
PHILOSOPHY
"This We Have Now" - Mewlana Jalaluddin Rumi
this we have now
is not imagination.
this is not
grief or joy.
not a judging state,
or an elation,
or sadness.
those come and go.
this is the presence that doesn't.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
i am selective when it comes to couch surfing, whether hosting or surfing. i try to make sure that it's a good fit for both parties. i'm grateful to have met some amazing people (and now friends) along the way. when it's right, it's right!
Interests
while on my travels i'm planning on wwoofing and doing some shorter bike trips. i would love to connect with real rad people, get introduced to new neighbourhoods, and swap stories about good places to visit.
i'm also interested in being exposed to native wildlife and plant life.
i enjoy sitting around campfires, watching the stars, listening to insects, and feeling the wind.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
i recently did a bike trip down the west coast of british columbia, canada to california, united states. i feel so honoured to have had the opportunity to witness such generosity and compassion from strangers.
i also sprouted mung beans on the back of my bike!
