ABOUT ME

We are a Danish couple, Henrik 27 and Laura 26.

Laura:
I study to be a journalist, and will finish school in summer 2011. During my education I've among other things been writing for Danish Red Cross, and the national magazine for Danish teachers. The most interessting articles I've written was about hatecrimes against Danish homosexuals, plus an article from Uganda about the Unicef project "sports for school".

Besides writing I photograph, play music, read books (mostly biographies).

Henrik:
I'm a newly educated schoolteacher in Danish, English, music, and religion. I've already taught Danish school children in different ages during my education.

Besides being a teacher, I'm a singer/songwriter in my own band Svendsen&Lodahl a Danish folkrock-band. I also enjoy acting, cooking, and drinking beer :-)

PHILOSOPHY

We live to experience. Life only gets better, when you see different aspects of it. Meeting people from other contries and learning about their lives expand your horizon.

Interests

Music - both playing and listening to. We bring a guitar on our trip, and hopefully we'll be playing a lot. Besides that we want to enjoy some local music in the places, we're going. So if you have any good sugestions, please let us know :)

Besides that we of course like travelling, but also good movies, local food, getting to know different people etc.
