I'm Laura! I'm living in edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The cold part! Have traveled a fair bit and like to meet new people. I had alot of people help me out in my travels (not all through couchsurfing) so I would like to try to do the same at home. I work full time but get quite a few vacations and weekends off. I have a 4yr.dog who is very tall. Enjoy live music, cooking and walking the trails.

I love meeting new people and seeing the sights as the locals do. They always know the best hidden spots. It's great to make friends around the world. I'm Happy to help other travelers even if it's just a ride to the airport and explore new sights or drive to Jasper!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

moved out of red deer( my home town ) and road tripped to whistler, bc with no plans, lived there for a year. Met some amazing friends!
Have now up and quit a job and my comfortable life 3 times and it's been the best life experiences!! A slight set back when home but no regrets
