About Me

ABOUT ME

I'm a 30 years old girl, a big dreamer and a little bit shy, but I love to know new people, new places and new cultures. I'm a really passionate about traveling and I can't imagine my life without it. My favorite places to visit are the exotic ones and that countries who have planty of nature, but I like to see historic places too. I love medieval cities.
I'm not vegetarian neither vegan, but I don't like meat so much (except fish) and I try to have healthy eating. On the other hand, I love to try local food when I am travelling.
I work in a bank as a system analyst and when I have enough time I also write in a personal travel blog (www.colecionandoviagens.com.br) where I share my experiences around the world and try to help others travelers to travel more.
I usually travel with my boyfriend, Ronaldo, but sometimes I travel with some friends and I'm starting to travel alone too.
I love animals and I have a very cute dog.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to read books who teach me something and make me think in life (these are my favorites), but sometimes I like to read just to relax too. My favorites are 1984; Sophie's World; Eat, Pray, Love; The Shack; The Celestine Prophecy; The Alchemist; The Da Vinci Code...
My favorite bands are Oasis and U2, but I like pop rock in general. I like to know regional music too, I loved to listen bosnian music when I was there.
I don't usually watch movies, but when I do, I prefer those who teach me something and have a beautiful message.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- My incredible India experience where I saw an amazing 'show' on the border between India and Pakistan and ate some food with my hands made from a local for me and my friends.
- Being lost for a couple of hours in a very little wood boat at night when was raining a lot in the big Amazon Forest in Brazil.
- Asking for a ride down the Valle Nevado in Chile.
- Fly hanging gliding in Rio de Janeiro.
- Travelling to Peru with some friends I've never seen before. I met them in a brazilian travel site.

Teach, Learn, Share

If you wanna learn some portuguese, I can help you with that. I also can teach you to make some brazilian sweet, like 'brigadeiro'.
I would love to learn all about your culture, history, food, language... or what else you have to share with me. I really love to learn about other cultures.
I will be happy if I try my English or Spanish with you too. =D
