ABOUT ME

Hey. I am an out going person that tries to make the best out of every situation. I am up for trying out new things and getting into all sorts of adventures. I have a good sense of humour and enjoy being around fun, positive people.
I want to couch surf as you can learn so much more about a place by hanging out with the locals, rather than going to all the same old back packer places with other travellers from your country, as didn't come all this way to hang out with other English folk. You can get so much more appreciation for a place if you have a locals knowledge and advice.

Interests

History and Archaeology is my biggest interests, we can learn so much from the past! I love music, especially music from the 60's to the 80's, yet, there are so many bands around now that I enjoy listening to. I would like to think I have a vast knowledge of music but I welcome any new music shown to me. I enjoy checking out local live music and going to gigs. I also have a passion for food, I can't cook anything fancy but I just love eating. Plus you can't go wrong with a decent beer or two!

Music, Movies, and Books

I read mainly history books ranging from the Greek writers/ philosophers to medieval authors and modern day historians.
I haven't seen many "classic" films but I am trying to widen my film knowledge.

Packed up and moved to the other side of the world on my own. You won't get anywhere sitting regretting things you didn't do.
