I am very easy-going and adaptable to many situations. I love experiencing new cultures since I have a diverse background myself (my father is Bolivian and my mother is Turkish).

My hobbies at home in the USA include volleyball, surfing, snowboarding, and reading. I also love reading about and sharing ideas on a number of topics from religion, politics, history, to pop culture, and especially MUSIC of all genres.

Books: Dharma Bums, Siddhartha, Go Ask Alice, the Bible, the Quran, the Tao Te Ching, Harry Potter Series, Angels & Demons, Like Water for Chocolate. Movies: anything with Jim Carrey, horror flicks, anything by Mel Brooks and Quentin Tarantino. Music: absolutely everything, but my favorite artists include The Beatles, The Grateful Dead, Bob Dylan, Sublime, Manu Chao, Jay-Z, Chromeo, Bob Marley, MGMT.
