Hi, I'm Laura 👋 I live on a sailboat currently situated in Hartlepool (preparing to cross the Atlantic in the next 2ish years). I love to travel, and I previously cycled 3000km from Bangkok, Thailand through Cambodia and Vietnam to China, which is when I really discovered my love for cycling, and so right now I'm doing a bit of a cycle tour over summer.

I'm originally from Switzerland, currently live in the UK and speak German and English. I also speak a little French, but my French is very rusty.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was on Couchsurfing when I first started travelling in my early 20s and had really positive experiences both hosting and being a guest. I recently remembered it exists and thought I'd give it a go again while cycling around Europe :)

- Vipassana 10 day meditation retreat ❤️
- Hitchhiked from Switzerland to Myanmar

- Recent: bought a sailboat, which I'm getting ready to cross the Atlantic and circumnavigate hopefully next year
