ABOUT ME

I think I'm a friendly person who is open to all kinds of people and ways of life. I like going to the cinema or theatre, I love to cook (esp. Vegetarian) and of course to travel! This is one reason why I chose to study geography. I think I'm very polite and helpful although I get grumpy when I'm hungry ;-). (good friends carry Muesli bars in their purse when travelling with me) I enjoy having controversive discussions about all sorts of stuff, I can get very heated trying to make my point but I never force my opinion on someone.
Generally I'm easy to hang around with and I like meeting with new people or new surroundings!

I think its a beautiful way of meeting locals when travelling or of getting out of your everyday routine when at home.
Lately i have been spending much time in africa where CS is sparse but now back in Europe i want to expand my CS experience!

Intereses

I like reading that includes everything from literature classics to Science Fiction to the shabbiest of romantic novels:-). Also I go to the cinema and theatre a lot (great to be in Berlin and to have a student card!) and now that summer is close I like to hang around in one of the many parks and have a barbecue with friends.
At the moment however I spend a lot of time in the library working on my research.

Algo increíble que he hecho

My three months research internship in South Sudan. Being in the middle of the bush, the most remote place you can possible imagine. Eating beans, rice and posho every day and travelling on a bumpy road with a goat on the top of your car. Being offered to marry in exchange for 200 cows and laughed at because I can not dig a car out of a dusty hole!
