ABOUT ME

I'm a pretty laid back person. Mornings are my favorite time of day because they are so peaceful. My time is divided between running (or hiking/biking), playing my piano, reading, and finishing my thesis. I have been tango dancing for quite a few years now as well, and I just started blues dancing. I am very practiced in the art of dancing wildly when at home alone. A good evening for me would be spending the night at home with good friends or wandering around town to meet new ones.

Still working this out, but I am generally an optimist.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Haven't done anything yet. I can only host when I my roommate is out of town (Mondays and usually Tuesdays), and still trying to save money to start my own trip.

Intereses

Dance, good books, playing my piano, hiking, running, random crafts when I become inspired, anything new and interesting, talking and laughing with friends.

Música, películas y libros

Most all music and most all books, but have been on a Russian literature kick. Also started reading the Lord of the Rings again, seriously making me want to have my own adventure.

Seeing the people my friends have become has been pretty amazing.

I ran the Bolder Boulder for the first time this year(10K race), and was that exhilarating. I didn't want to stop running even when I got to the finish :P I never though I would be able to accomplish something like that, but now I feel unstoppable.

I can play the piano and could teach a little of it. I teach tango, so if you want to learn I'm your woman!
