Overview
About Me
I work full-time and study, and when I take a break I try to make it awesome. I want to travel to places of unique natural beauty and take it all in, engaging in activities that connect me to the environment: hiking, swimming, cycling, kayaking, scuba diving, tasting local foods, etc.
I am very down-to-earth. Not interested in shopping or fancy restaurants. I try to keep an active, healthy, sustainable life. I ride a road bike and I recently got scuba diving certification. I like rock music and rockabilly dancing. I have been to some amazing rock concerts (Queen, Rolling Stones, Fleetwood Mac…)
Easy-going, quiet, honest, curious, friendly, reliable, adventurous. I have an extensive bucket list and look forward to many unforgettable experiences.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like the philosophy of sharing and connecting with like-minded people, making travel more affordable at the same time.
I have had great experiences meeting local people when travelling. Rather than spend money in hotels I would prefer to use some to show appreciation to a friendly host.
Unfortunately I am unable to host anybody myself because the 1 br unit where I live is already overcrowded (I have a teenage child!).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
How to choose one? I flew in a hot air balloon, tried paragliding, climbed Mt Vesuvius (Italy), did lots of bushwalking in and around the Alps, walked the Overland Track in Tasmania (Australia), saw whales, cycled Sydney to Wollongong...
