I work in urban landscape planning, which sounds great but sometimes is a tedious job in a city no money and with many competing infrastrucutral demands :) Anyway, it means I'm interested in anything to do with how we shape (or who shapes) our surrounding world - be it with decisions, actions or non-actions. Apart from that, you'll see me often cooking (vegetarian), gardening, sewing, or producing anything else you can you make from scratch. Or just drinking a coffee, reading the papers and doing nothing, because that's also a skill :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because everyone should be open enough to share their place with friendly strangers.

I must admit though, I haven't hosted or surfed for a while now, as my life went in a different direction. Hope to change this again. But please note, I will only host people who travel by land (or water) and public transport. If you feel you need to take the plane despite the ongoing climate crisis, then we're not on the same wavelength anyway.
