Overview
About Me
I'm one of those people who likes to get involved, no matter how strange or silly. I also love just chilling out at home with my boyfriend and my puppy. I like meeting new people, learning about other cultures and their histories, and exploring new places.
I get bored pretty easily, so I love learning new things and setting new challenges for myself, but I am also a bit of a perfectionist, so I love doing things really well. I'm just as happy in a hammock on the beach as I am in a 5 star hotel, and I'm a bit of a social chameleon, so adapt well to any situation. I'm very open-minded, accepting and non-judgemental, and I'm a very respectful guest!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I usually travel with my boyfriend, and we prefer to stay in hostels or hotels, but when I occassionally travel by myself, I like to meet new people, and I think that couchsurfing is a great way to do that. Plus, staying with locals will give you an insiders opinion of where's good to go/eat/drink, rather than relying on the generic suff that's in all the usual guides.
Interests
I love dancing, singing, reading and writing poetry, exploring new places, getting out of the city to enjoy nature and swapping stories about my adventures. I love so many things, from the old, traditional style to new and modern things, from theme parks and sightseeing to beaches and mountains - I love it all!! I believe that experiences are what you make them - with the right attitude you can find beauty and adventure in everything. I've also developed a love of baking and making jam - guess I'm missing home too much, lol!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Tiger Leaping Gorge - just WOW!!! Absolutely breath taking views, constantly changing scenery and a fabulous adventure!
Mount Snowden - the tallest mountain in Wales! I climbed in in the snow - everything, including the train station at the top, was buried in snow! A bit dangerous, but a thrilling and exciting challenge.
World Youth Day, Cologne - celebrating mass with 1 million other people was incredible! We were all in one massive field and the atmosphere was brilliant.
