ABOUT ME

I'm Peruvian and living in Oxford since January 2017 (it's the longest I've stayed in one place since I left Peru in 2011). I live with my husband David, quite close to Oxford city centre (about 20-30 min walk).

I love travelling and meeting new people. I enjoy having new experiences and learning about other cultures. I'm funny and a little bit talkative. I love eating, hanging out with my friends, I love the cinema and I'm quite a gym addict.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I learned about CouchSurfing when I was living in France (doing a Masters degree) because a friend told me about it, about her experiences couching and hosting people, all good and interesting experiences and I'd like to have the opportunity to share my experiences with other people in this way.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

[UPDATE 2] I've recently had 3 more amazing CS experiences as a host. I hosted Martha and her friend (both originally from Spain) and although they only stayed one night, we had a lovely chat together and David could practice his Spanish.
More recently, last Fri to Sat (19-20 Jul) Eva, who was amazing fun and Stephanie on Sun (21 Jul). This is to more CS adventures to come...

[UPDATE] I have very recently had my very first CS experience ever (22-24 Jun 19). It was as a host and I can say I really enjoyed it. My husband is a great 'tourist guide' and he will be happy to help me sharing all the 'obscure' knowledge of Oxford. We both look forward to a next CS experience...will it be as a guest? we do hope so...(to be continued)
