About Me

Brandon (my husband) and I love nothing more than to meet people from all over the world. I am a data scientist and an artist. Brandon is an immigrant rights attorney and works to hold the federal government accountable for harms inflicted on immigrants. Suffice it say we want to make the world a better place! We just welcomed a spunky little girl into our family last year and so things are happy and crazy around here! If you’d like to stay with us, please check out our house rules found in our home and preferences section.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing has been an incredible opportunity to get to know amazing people and cultures from around the world. We have met so many special people we wouldn't have met otherwise, and had some grand adventures! Whether you live a state away or on the other side of the world, we want to be friends and share our experiences. We particularly love the chance to practice our Spanish, so ¡bienvenidos! We are both employed and work from home so we may not have a ton of time to hang out during the week, but we would love to spend time with you in the time we have.

Teach, Learn, Share

We love learning tidbits from other languages. If you speak another language, we'd love to try to learn some.

If you catch me at the right time, I can even give you a demonstration on a pottery wheel.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We love to cook! Teach us a thing or two about how you make food and we'll share something in return.

Also, we’d love to play some music for you, or if you play/sing, to do so together!
