ABOUT ME

I'm 21 and restless to learn about the world first hand, since I've read enough to drown a baby seal I'm ready to go out and do. I plan to join the Navy next year, after I get this Alexander Supertramp syndrome out of my system. Looking for home!
I'm pretty laid back and hail from California.
I adore TINY towns. Favorite by far was Cloudcroft, New Mexico, population 750! If you ever go, there is an incredible hostel up there.

PHILOSOPHY

I think that no one should be more responsible for what you do and think than you. Also, when it comes to life and adrenaline, if its not dangerous, its not worth doing.
Robert Persig sums up my favorite line of reasoning:

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

On my current...6 month roadtrip(2 months in), I've been sleeping in my truck but the winter months make that arrangement a little awkward, hence I'm hoping that this couch surfing works out. I'm so Rookie that I haven't even done it yet! I'm awesome, so give me a chance.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been living in my truck for 2 months and I haven't once spent a day smelly or gross when I didn't want to. THAT is HARD. Yeah, I'm boasting, but also pointing out that if someone smells, they're lazy and need to get it with it! Thats the only judgemental thing I've got to say.

I spent my 21st in New Orleans and got my truck stuck in Texas Mud on the way and went door to door at midnight until I met the ALL AMERICAN version of Hagrid to pull me out.
Not to my credit, by I've been to 9 different schools between first grade and senior year of high school, which I passed with a 3.7 GPA. Not having roots and learning to make friends wherever I go is just something I'm accustomed to and I think I love it.
I've lived in Hawaii for 6 months between 19 and 20.

I love new experiences that are not at all substance induced, since in those kinds of circumstances there is no love, and thats what I thrive on.

Teach, Learn, Share

Do what you gotta do, and if it feels like you're doing something wrong and you shouldn't be doing i, then your gut is probably right and you'd be better off listening to it, ten times out of ten.

If your having a shitty day, go work out, keep your goals straight, and the world is not ultimately a bad place, no matter what happens to you. Its okay to someone's ass from time to time. Be yourself and other people learn to accomodate.
