Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I am new to this world of Couch Surfing. I have known a few friends to use this website in their travels. I was hesitant at first, but after talking with friends and reading different profiles, I am so excited to try couch surfing! I want to meet new people on my travels. I have always been the type of person to stay in a nice hotel or resort, but I am wanting to get out of my comfort zone and experience new things, places, and people. I never realized there was a whole world I was missing by not couch surfing!

I love to meet and talk to people. My friends are always amazed that I can just start talking to a stranger. You just have to see that commonality between you and that stranger and go from there!

I hope in my stays with different hosts that I can leave a good impression and I can share my ideas and wisdom with them.

I am just now trying to settle in San Diego, California, and hope that I can soon have fellow Couch Surfers in my own home.
