Living in Tanzania I have met an amazing group of people travelling around this beautiful country and I hope to do the same in more places. I look forward to both hosting and staying with others. I'm always down to to exchange favorite outdoor places, music genres, local bars, and books.

My forever favorite books are The Alchemist, Siddhartha, and anything by Margaret Atwood.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Just before moving to Tanzania I spent more than a month on the road travelling from the East Coast to the West of the United States. There was so much more to my own country I wanted to see before moving. I was with an very tight group of friends and we were all on an ultra-budget so things were always interesting. Lots of camping (both car and tent) and hiking and last minute decisions.

Highlights included hiking in Zion National Park in full Halloween costumes, waking up to a morning snow in the Grand Canyon, and clubbing in San Francisco.
