Hi there, my name is Lauren. I'm originally from the Midwest and have lived in Austin, Texas for the past decade. I work remotely for a finance tech company.

In my free time, I love to explore the great outdoors, practice various styles of yoga, and (of course) travel. I’m calling more international travel into my life in 2022-2023 and can’t wait for the adventures ahead.

I believe that love is the strongest medicine, but laughter is the best medicine. Hope to meet others who are down to share more about themselves through yoga, over meals, with late night wine, or at their favorite coffee spot.

I work remotely, which provides freedom to travel and explore. I'm on CS to connect with others who can share new things with me and vice versa. Put simply: I’m here to shake it all up :) Hoping we can leave each others’ worlds a little bigger than we found them.

Completed a 200 hour RYT last year (2021). Each day I aim to live my life through the lens of yoga.

Kayaked in the Grand Canyon and around Horseshoe Bend.

This year, I also learned how to soften and let love in. REAL love. The kind that terrifies you, thrills you, and changes you forever. If that’s not an amazing thing, then I don’t know what is.
