ABOUT ME

I am very passionate about anything to do with health of the body, mind and spirit. I love teaching and learning from other like minded people. I have been raw vegan for 4 years now and am very passionate about sharing this healthy life style with the world. However, that being said I try not to judge other people choices to much as we are all on a different path...Best thing to do is love everyone.

PHILOSOPHY

I would have to say that I belive in following your intuition and what your inner self tells you is right. I strive to always improve myself, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. I believe to do this it is important to surround yourself with good souls as life is to short for negativety or selfishness. If I have something and you want it, consider it yours as I get more joy from giving then recieving. I believe attachment is the root of most unhappiness in life and that when we let go of attachment to material things we are better able to love others. I am a work in progress...lol...but aren't we all;)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am very new to this but found out about it through a friend after staying at a gentlemen's house on here after a Kundalini event. I think that this is an amazing resource for travelers and would love to be able to travel this way. I am the kind of person who always wants there to be an even exchange so I would love to give you a massage, create art, or make raw vegan food to help out. I also love working in Gardens and with animals. I am sure we could figure out a fun exchange. I am currently thinking about moving out west and would like to check out Cali, Arizona, Oragon, Colorado and maybe a few other states. I am looking to find the best fit for myself as I don't feel florida suits me anymore. I am looking for an area with vibrations of love, peace and compassion...and lots of beauty:)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I just had the most amazing experience at Winter Solstice Sadhana and plan to go back for Summer Solstice! Not sure if there is enough room to explain the love and joy that I felt there!!
