Hello, my name Lauren! My friends would describe me as a mature, but fun loving person, I have a weird sense of humour and always seem to be looking at the best of a bad situation. I love to have a laugh with people and enjoy the simple things.
I enjoy a drink or three, food, internet, good music, travelling.

I like to meet new people but also like to keep to myself, or just chill out and do something relaxing or go and get amazing food.

I got the travel bug when I went to Cambodia and Laos in 2011 with school, I fell in love with it! Since then, I’ve travelled most of south east Asia and completed a 6 month trip around the world with places including Colombia, Ecuador and India!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have never surfed before- hence why I don't have any references, so if I contact you it will be a first time experience- I promise I'm nice and will cook you food :P

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Trekked 20km in Sapa, danced the night away in Phnom Penh, abseiled down a waterfall, zip lined through the forest.

International Development studies; attempting to empower people who are less fortunate to have the same opportunities than I have. Trying not to make a negative impact on the world, but a positive one.
