Super passionate about healthy eating, yoga, exercise and connecting with other people. I spent ten years working at the leading health food store, Whole Foods market. Born and raised Southern California San Diego. I love traveling and only first started in 2014 when I decided to study yoga in India for a few months. Enjoyed it so much that India was the first spot I returned after a few years of teaching in early 2016. Have been traveling around ever since and have been to 7 countries. Hoping to just keep living and learning an opening my eyes through people and places.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couch surfer to get that extra hand every now and then. Traveling can be super challenging and finding a place to sleep in a scramble even more so. Super grateful to any house or people that lend a helping hand. Definitely seeing traveling differently and hope to pay it forward in the future.
