Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I enjoy staying in hostels and meeting other people currently traveling, but I am not a party person, so the hostels that target that demographic do not work for me. I also would like to meet and spend time with local residents. My ideal travel day is to spend the day exploring and then come back in the evening to cook and talk, if the host would like! I can also be very quiet and read a book, if that is preferable!
