Hi, I'm Lauren from the Netherlands, from the city of Leiden, a cute city rather close to the beach. I'm a positive, happy person who loves singing, playing the ukulele, personal growth, laughing, playing (board)games and other games and going on adventures. When I travel I usually travel with my friend Lisanne. She is also a really positive and cheerfull person. She likes to laugh a lot. We know each other since childhood, our parents are friends. We love to travel, dance and chill out together.
I love playing the ukulele, meditate, take care of my plants and do fun adventurous stuff with friends like climbing high things :P
I also love watching series like Please Like Me, New Girl, Queer Eye, She's Gotta Ha3 e It and Dirk Gently's Detective Agency. <3 I also love French movies like Les Choristes and Amélie and Wes Anderson movies.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to meet new people so that I can see things (especially culture) in new ways. I also love to stay at someone's place while traveling because it's a far greater way to experience a city or country than just book a hotel or hostel. Unfortunately at the moment I'm not in a house where I can easily have couchsurfers over, but I plan to host when I have a home to do it!
