Originally from Vermont, I went to Canada in search of a Degree. After completing two soul crushing years of Engineering at Dalhousie University in Halifax I have dropped out of school (taking a year off if you will...) to decide what exactly it is I want to do with my time, and to ski; mostly to ski.

Intereses

Hiking, Biking, Skiing, Skating, basically anything outdoors. I really love to travel, and to read and write. I am happy to engage in political, technological or other thought provoking conversations. I really enjoy learning new languages and exploring new cultures. I'm content to listen to people talk about or play music for hours. I'm really interested in a wide variety of things and am almost always down for exploring something new.

Harry Potter is my favorite childhood series. Life of Pi, The Time Traveler's Wife and The 100 Year Old Man Who Jumped Out the Window all fall under the category of books I've really enjoyed.

My top movies would probably be Love Actually and A Beautiful Mind. My favorite Disney movie being The Fox and The Hound.

How I Met Your Mother is easily my favorite TV Show.
