Hello there! I am a 23 year old Australian girl from Melbourne. I am a friendly person who is eager to explore the cultures of people from around the world. I am easy to get along with, open-minded and am looking to share some great experiences with fellow CouchSurfers!

I am currently looking for kind hosts to take me and my travelling buddy Amy Campbell up as couch surfers.

兴趣

My favourite thing to do is probably eating new and/or exotic cuisines and as much of it as I can! Currently Asian food is my no. 1 choice! I am also a Scout and have been involved in the movement since I was 6 so naturally I love the outdoors, hiking and camping. I was a senior art student so I enjoy all forms of art, especially sculptures and paintings. Lastly I live for experiencing all kinds of cultures and learning about all kinds of history from World Wars to the Ancient Worlds to religion and mythology.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

My most amazing experience is yet to come (currently it is probably when I won gold at the National Aerobics Competition when I was 12) but on a larger scale when I got to see my Dad play for Australia at the World Men's Curling Championships in Victoria, British Colombia, Canada and get to chill out with the players in the VIP lounge -the best!

Not sure if this is the same world-wide but in Melbourne, Australia the best cheap, satisfying and delicious meal in my opinion is dumplings. Most dumpling houses have free tea and sometimes even slurpees with 12-15 dumplings costing around $9.00 AUD which can feed one very hungry person or two sufficiently. Same goes for most Thai dishes, delish!
