About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Develop my photography; personally sustain the film industry. Explore other art mediums. Form new connections. Eat wonderful food. Learn new languages. Teach. Learn. Discuss. Travel until I run out of money.
PHILOSOPHY
I try to take advantage of every opportunity before me. I hate wasting time. Relationships and experiences are far more important than material things to me.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I will be studying abroad in Italy and Greece this fall; for the four weeks afterwards I will be traveling around Murcia, Barcelona, Rome and Paris over winter break. I am hoping to try couchsurfing for the first time while I am abroad and hopefully begin to host when I return to the states. I love the idea of couchsurfing and I can't wait to meet new people.
Interests
Coffee, film, enormous photo books, teaching myself how to play the piano again, rain, hiking, dreams, memory, and my grandmother's old photo albums.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most amazing thing I've ever done happened while I was volunteering in Guatemala this March. The mayan people were so welcoming. While we were there teaching the children the first rain of the season arrived and we were allowed to attend a traditional Mayan ceremony on top of a mountain celebrating the rain. AMAZING!
(Snorkeling in Puerto Rico is a close second!)
Teach, Learn, Share
Well, I'm a pretty decent cook. I'm a camera geek and I love both learning and teaching others about photography. I can play a bit of piano on occasion. When I was younger I sang and danced. I would love to learn more about music, food, language, art, philosophy, and dance, or talk to people that are also interested in these things!
