Hi! Laurence here! I am a Belgian living in Belgium. I am the kind of person who only feels like herself when she gets on a plane. For one and a half year I have been taking plane tickets to all over Europe and east Europe every few month.
I am very into photography, art and music. And I enjoy meeting new people every chance I get. I like to travel alone, visit cities and hiking by myself, enjoying silence. Which is weird enough since I am a very big talker.
I don't like to plan anything because that's how you enjoy your life the most.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

As a big fan of the unexpected, I found in couchsurfing a way for me to fallow the arrow and experience new things in every country that I am visiting. Living with locals and not so locals or hanging out with other travelers bring me such joy and new feelings.
Ending up doing a parachute jump and "running" at holilife in Madrid must be two of my favorite memories I got from couchsurfing so far but I also enjoyed all kind of great conversations and calm moments with people from all over the world! 💜

As for my place, it is a house in a beautiful avenue 30min away from the city center (by bus) in an upcoming neighborhood in Schaerbeek. I live with 4 amazing people, 3 boys and a girl who are travel freaks as well. Though you'd have to follow our house rules, you'll always find at my place a warm welcome, a good shower, two couchs and lots of belgian beers!
If my work schedule allows me to spend time with you, I'd be more than happy to show you around. Rather for a touristic tour of Brussels, a night out with my friends or a magical discovery of secret places in Belgium.
