ABOUT ME

My name is Laurence, born in Montreal.
I spent 2 years living in Costa Rica, this being the best gift I could ever give to me. It open me to the world and gave me the passion of traveling.
I am somebody that is very social and I like to laugh, share and discover new people. I have a lot of energy and I like to being crazy sometimes!
I love to create and co-create with others and I appreciate all kinds of art and like to be surrounded by it.
I'm a very outdoor person that flows with what's happening.
I'm also a cyclist and I love biketrip, or just biking all year (summer/winter)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like meeting new people and be present with them. Sharing conversation, knowledge, good moments, activity's and laughter.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Me and my roommates have hosted people from around the world and experienced a bit of couchsurfing threw Mexico, Nicaragua and New York.

Yoga, Nutrition and Cooking, Dance, Somatic study, Climbing, Biking (even threw the -35C winter storms of Montreal), Music, Traveling, Adventures, Walking, Acrobatics, and my list of interests could go on and on because there are very few things I do not like to do.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

-Vipassana, a 10 day silent retreat of deep meditation.
-I climbed the Chiripo Mountain (the tallest mountain in Costa Rica).
-Live two years in Costa Rica
