ABOUT ME

I love to meet people, listen to every kind of music, discover new kind of food, urban exploration, traveling the world, extreme sports and every kind of adventure !

I've traveled quite a bit but for sure I'm not done. I've visited 8 different countries in Europe, I've done a 3 months roadtrip all around the United States and Western Canada, and last year I've also hitchhiked on the Eastern shore of Canada. This year, I'm going there again but this time with my boyfriend !

PHILOSOPHY

I work with young offenders, so each and every quote of Fernand Deligny means a lot to me. It would be to hard to choose one.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've surfed during summer 2014 all around US and BC with a friend. We couchsurfed in about 15 different states and we met tons of amazing and generous people. We also worked on 2 vineyards through Helpx. The first one was in Mason, Texas, and the second one was in Napa Valley, California. I strongly recommend the Helpx experience, people are as wonderful as on CouchSurfing !

Interests

Travel, sports and extreme sports, food, drinking wine and beer, meeting people from different cultures, music, books, etc.

I'm lucky enough to say that my work is also my passion (intervention, social work with at risk kids and teenagers and juvenile offenders). I'm having a hard time to describe how rewarding it is to seem them shine getting better.

Movies : Boyhood, Hermano, Jason Bourne Trilogy, Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Les Intouchables, 12 years a slave, and also every Robin Williams movie.

Books : Life of Pi, Travel books by Bruno Blanchet...

Music : Too hard to choose, too long to write... I love listening to music who fits with my actual mood.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was 16 when I got the travel bug, and it's not leaving me alone since that year ! My first travel was all around Provence and Languedoc-Roussillon in France, and I did it all with my bike and friends. 800 km of pure pleasure and sweating :)
