Hi everyone ! My name is Lauren. I'm 24 yo, french but I have been living in Germany for four years, in a very beautiful city, called Bamberg, in Bavaria. I came to Germany to work as an au pair, fell in love with the country, so I decided to stay a little bit longer... Four years have passed and I was still in Germany until I decided a few months ago that I wanted to see a different part of the world. So I searched for a job and found one in Dublin, Ireland as an Au Pair. So for the next year I’m planning on travelling in the different parts of this beautiful country and also to Scotland.

I have decided that I want to travel more this year so I think CS would be a really good idea for me to visit cities I have never been to and at the same time meet new people from all over the world and learn more about their cultures.

I can listen to all types of music, from pop music to rock and jazz. It depends on my mood.
I really like watching american tv shows and movies (maybe too much). A few of my all times favourites are Gossip Girl, Desperate Housewives, One Tree Hill, The Vampire Diairies and Marvel's Agentds of S.H.I.E.L.D. Different genres of books that I like : comedy, drama, thriller/mystery, romance.

My trip to Cinque Terre, Italy (August 2018) : where should I start ?! So many things to say about this trip... So for a really long time I wanted to go to Cinque Terre because I saw many pictures and I really wanted to live the experience myself. So when I had a few days off, I took the plunge and went to the five villages. I hiked from Monterosso to Vernazza and it was an amazing experience. I then visited the other villages : Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore by train. The landscapes were so rewarding, the weather was so good and what I also really like about it is that I went all by myself and everything went fine. Can’t recommend enough going there. It’s so amazing ! My trip to Amsterdam (May 2018) : I met so many amazing people because I went a little bit out of my comfort zone and did things I’ve never thought I will do and I still think it was the best trip I’ve done so far. What a crazy but really good experience it was ! Road trip weekend across the South of Germany and Austria (June 2016)

Since I was little, I want to become a primary school teacher. I've always been babysitting, from my nieces and nephews to new children. But now that I experienced different things, I’m not sure I still want to be a primary school teacher. I would really like to find a job in the tourism area and even be interpreter. One of the things I most like is learning new languages.
I also tutored a german girl in French for a couple of months. If you want, I can teach you some french words and you can teach me some from your native language.
