ABOUT ME

My name is Lauren LaMore, and I just recently graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a double-major in French studies and History. I am from Grand Haven, Michigan (USA), and am working at a nature center, teaching many of our visitors. I spent my sophomore year in France to study, and it was an experience that I would never wish to change. I am a very passionate and driven girl, and I will stop at nothing to accomplish my goals. I love to listen and help people, and I know that in doing this, I myself live a better life. I love music and singing, and I feel that it can truly get you through the hardest parts of your life. I am a Christian, and my faith truly defines who I am and that I want to live a life for others. I love to have fun and explore, and visiting and living in new places has given me amazing opportunities to meet new people and gain new experiences!!!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now, I am living with my family (parents and siblings), so the most I can do is meet with someone and show them around town.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfed in Biarritz and Bordeaux in 2010. Both were with super fun people and we had a blast.

I have walked on the ice of Lake Michigan in January and sworn I was in the arctic circle.
I have stood on the top of a mountain in Switzerland and had a moment where time froze, everyone around me disappeared, and the beauty of life had never before been more clear!
