About Me

CURRENT MISSION Live for the moment whilst achieving the necessities ABOUT ME I am a down to earth, fun and lively person and now see life in a new way as I have recently learnt the life lesson that I can gain something new from every person I meet! I love meeting new people and enjoying new experiences. I want to travel the world now in between studying to be a doctor if I can! PHILOSOPHY Think positively, trust your instinct and learn to forgive, life is much more enjoyable then...accept that the bad times are also part of life and are learning experiences not to be dwelled on. Love yourself! Ha... that was 7 years ago when I first used couch-surfing.. Now.. I am 26 and work as a junior doctor..I am in between moving from the UK to Sydney, with my wonderful partner Lawrence, where I plan to work in mental health. A great passion of mine is to be able to help people achieve a calm and peaceful state of mind. We are currently travelling around South East Asia while I wait for my Australian paperwork to be sorted. We have spent 6 weeks in Thailand and are taking it easy on the southern Islands at the moment. I think I have achieved my younger-self goals as above..ha! I would love to re-immerse myself in the couch-surfing culture and introduce my partner to it because I would like re-ignite some of that youthful free spirit, meeting and bonding with new people, breaking down the reserved boundaries that slowly build up in the modern world! It would be cool to meet some new like-minded friends in Sydney too as we will be all alone when we arrive :) xxx Nice to meet you all!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I joined couch surfing about 3 years ago, I think its a great concept and would love to host people in Oxford or Brighton in the future. I haven't been able to so far as my flat was too small! I was hosted in Malaysia and France and saw places I would never see before and had the most amazing time and have met friends I still stay in touch with now!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was hosted in Malaysia and in France and have had the best time ever and met the most welcoming and interesting people.
