We travel for food, people and experiences. Everything from history to politics tickles our interest. We're eager to learn about Thai culture and language.

We love to hike, camp and be active when we travel. Photography walks are always on our daily schedule, punctuated by stops for snacks and drinks along the way.

We both live to joke around, which makes us easy to be around. We like to meet new people, discover neighbourhoods and party with strangers, but we also enjoy space and alone time every so often.

One of the main things about us is our love for films and our contagious passion to talk about them.

We also love reading, Laurent loves political essays while Alya likes graphic novels and historical fiction.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Laurent shot their first short film with all the money they had, and then three others with all the money they didn't.

Alya moved back to Montréal from LA without a dime in their pocket.
