Ha, I'm Laurentiu, but my friends tell me 'Lau'.

I love bats and can reproduce their sounds (qia qia).
I have been scouting for 15 years and I owe much to this youth movement because I met the mountain, nature, projects and volunteering.
I work in the IT field as a php programmer, so I'm sitting pretty much in front of a computer so I can not wait to do anything else like sports, traveling, climbing up the mountains, stories and even movies as long as they are good.

I plan to travel to every country on the world (even those with military conflicts ... even if it's risky ...) So I'm working on it, I'm collecting money for this huge journey, I gather information about every country and I'm looking for the most interesting places to visit and here I need you. I consider that the experience of visiting a country is insignificant without a local, without tasting traditional food and without knowing "secrets" about the country.

I am passionate about cooking, I was at a cooking competition ('Chefi la cutite') and I passed an important stage that gave me confidence and a very good and expensive knife :)) hahaha ...

I always sit and imagine scenes of my life, SF scenes or realistic scenes, but they are seldom realistic, I like to set high goals and usually do not quit until I do it.

I am struggling to speak English as best as possible but sometimes my emphasis does not sound good, I want to learn words from as many languages ​​as possible!
Right now I'm working on improving the Italian knowledge.

I love animals, especially dogs, I plan to adopt one from the shelter because they do not have a great chance in a beautiful life like a dog bought :(

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to use this way of traveling because it is different. I want to know people who have an open heart to recive a stranger in their home.I want to learn about the culture of every person I visit from him (I think they know best to say about their country) .I want to help people to travel and visit my conutry

Interests

I love to try a lot of things, like fire juggling . I started to do that since 2015 and I love to play with fire, I can show you some tricks or maybe to spit fire.

I play at guitar, it`s a very nice thing to do when you are at a fire camp in summer or in place with friend, drink something and sing all night.

I like to play on computer, just a few game like League of Legends or Fifa. Is a way to take a brake from life, to play something with friends who is not there or to challenge your win skills :)).

I like sports. Pfiuuu... I like tennis (if you know to play please challenge me on a game, I am not pro, but I enjoy playing), I like football and basketball (amateur level), I like volley and biking (especially down hill and mountain biking).

I like hardcore sport like skydiving, skiing or climbing, I have 8 jumps from plane, 20 years of skiing and some experiences of climbing and I don`t want to stop!
