Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've met some of the most amazing people through couchsurfing. Some are still best friends of mine to this day. I even moved to Berlin in 2012 because of a Couchsurfing experience.

One of my best friends in Los Angeles hosts new couchsurfers every weekend, and I've met amazing people through his couchsurfing experiences as well. This platform promotes the fact that we shouldn't all live in fear, and that we all have something to offer one another. I don't like to be alone, and I don't think many couchsurfers do. I love to listen to people's stories, and to share my own experiences (and wine..) with others. I love to build new, strong friendships. People are so important to me.

I have not participated in a few years, but I'm hoping this will change very soon. I've been focusing a lot on my career the last few years, but lately I've been missing how much I used to travel....and I've been realizing how important that part of life is.
