I grew up traveling, since my mom is a flight attendant. It has become my passion to explore new places and especially local foods. I always look for authentic travel experience by staying off the beaten track. I love to get in touch with locals and getting to know their city and country through their eyes. I would describe myself as an open-minded, very easy-going person with lots of different interests. Sports and outdoor-activites have always been important to me and there is almost nothing I can't do... haha. I especially love camping and sleeping in nature from time to time. When I'm in the city I love strolling around looking for cool bars, enjoying live music or sitting down at a good restaurant. I really enjoy trying out new things, especially when it come's down to food. Wether it is looking for local specialties in restaurants and street kitchens or sharing and new cooking ideas. I'm focusing on a plant based diet and highly enjoy fresh and seasonal organic ingredients from local farms :)

Currently I'm not having an apartment. Therefore I'm not able to offer a couch myself, but I hope to do so soon. In the mean time I'm even couchsurfing in my own hometown :)

Music: I especially enjoy live music, but I'm not a fan of big crowds at festivals. I rather enjoy small concerts, live-music in bars or simply street musicians. The type of music really depends on my mood but I always love singer-songwriter, swing and texas country.
