I’m a yoga teacher, family constellations therapist and holistic coach, passionate about self-knowledge, emotional healing and living in harmony with nature.

I love creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves — through yoga, meditation, ice baths, breathwork, and systemic work. I truly believe that every encounter is an opportunity to learn, expand and feel more alive.

I’m curious, calm and joyful by nature. I love meaningful conversations, silence, the ocean, movement, and sharing simple moments — cooking, laughing, dancing, or watching a sunset.

When I travel, I like to connect deeply with locals, share from the heart, and exchange stories, cultures, and experiences.

Currently I’m offering workshops and retreats that integrate body, mind and spirit — a mix of yoga, systemic therapy, and conscious living.
