Hi !

I'm Laurie, I'm studying anthropology in Lyon for two years now and I live with my amazing roommate Clotilde for 1 year. We have decided to go on a roadtrip this summer through United Kingdom, we are very excited !

About me, it's been a while that I wanted to travel by my own way, especially now that I'm studying the other cultures of the world, their traditions, religions, customs and history.
I love cinema, books, videogames, museums. I want to work in the cultural area, like museums, cultural centers.
I like fantasy, legends and folklore so I would be glad if I can learn more about these during my travel, thanks to the locals !

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

We plan a roadtrip of 3 weeks in United Kingdom with my roomate, and we thought it was a great opportunity to meet new people, and discover the culture of England and Scotland !
We want to go off the beaten tracks and, above all, get away from hotels ! And it is also the opportunity to visit a city we don't know yet, with the locals :)

Our travel will lead us to London first, then we go north to Oxford, Birmingham and Manchester, and up to Scotland to see Glasgow, then a trek along the Loch Ness to go to Inverness, and finally Edinburg !
