Hi, my name is Laurie, I'm 28 and come from Calais, France.
I had many experiences in my life, I studied art, and law, and finally I decided to stop everything for 6 months and I left on the Compostelle way, in Spain. From Saint Jean-pied-de-port to Finisterre, passing by Compostella... I worked more than 900 km, in one month! Such a great experience... Maybe the best in my life, even if I'm sure that it's juts the beginning !
Then I travelled in Italy, had a road trip from France to Sweden and from France to Norway. I traveled 10 days in Iceland, that was my most beautiful experience.

Now, I study Art in Tourcoing with a partnership at Le Fresnoy, Studio national des arts contemporains.

I'm curious about everything.
I love walking in the nature, feeling free!

It's interesting for me to open my mind, meet new people and learn about them, about their life. I feel always grateful when I meet someone with other interests and experiences. It's a way to consider life with an other state of minfd.
I love travelling alone because for me it's the best way to meet people on the road and to stay open to something new.

兴趣

I love painting and drawing, illustration, especially books for children. I'm learning to play harpsichord and love music, from classical to hard rock, by pop and electro or trip hop... I am someone who needs to move, to discover new things, to have a lot of experiences and to meet some interesting people.
I'm found of psychology. I read a lot about this.
I like training, running, walking.
I love the nature, the beautiful landscape and nice spots. I like drawing the nature. And I like to sleep outside under the stars. Doesn't matter if it's cold !
And of course I like to go outside, to have fun in a bar, but I don't often drink alcohol. I prefer tea!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I was a pilgrim on the way of Santiago de Compostela ... 900 Km by walking from Saint Jeand pied de port (France) to Finisterre (Spain).
If we meet one day, I will tell you this road trip !

J'ai fait le Pélerinage de Saint Jacques de Compostelle: j'ai marché 900 km de Saint Jean Pied de Port (France) jusqu'à Fisterra (Espagne) lieu-dit "le bout du monde", mais en fait c'est surtout qu'une fois à Fisterra tu ne peux plus aller plus loin (à moins de te mettre à nager) et c'est tant mieux parce que s'il existe un Paradis sur Terre, il est sans aucun doute là-bas!
Le Pélerinage c'est pas tellement religieux, c'est spirituel. C'est une découverte de soi-même avant tout. C'est le moyen de revenir à quelque-chose de simple, de vrai. C'est aussi l'école de la vie, un lieu de rencontres et de découvertes sans limites. Partir à Compostelle c'est trouver la Liberté, c'est dépasser ses limites, c'est affronter les difficultés, faire face à ses peurs et laisser tomber le masque. C'est être soi-même. C'est aussi rire, pleurer et s'amuser tous les jours. C'est être en voyage, à l'aventure, sans filet. Pas besoin de filet de secours sur le chemin, tu trouveras toujours un Pélerin près à te relever si tu tombes, ou simplement à marcher avec toi, pour partager tes joies et tes peines s'il le faut.
Un Pélerin c'est un ami pour la vie car quelque-chose de fort vous unit: la force. Cette force de partir, de vaincre et d'avancer, toujours quoiqu'il arrive, jusqu'à atteindre la destination. Même si, très vite, tu comprends que la destination importe peu. C'est le chemin qui compte.

I can teach you to draw, to paint, to speak french of course.
We can share good food, watch a movie, listen to new music, go outside and walk in the nature, go in the bar and have a drink, talk about everything, meet some people, watch the stars, what you want! All we need is to escape from our day to day life and try to make some new things together, and to learn from each other!
And I love running near the ocean in the morning!
