Hi Laurie speaking ! I'm from France but I live in Australia (near Melbourne) for the last three years and I love it. I got the opportunity to meet wonderful people from all around the world, because of my job. I'm a pastry chef. This gave me the chance to travel, to learn, to discover different kind of food. It is very easy to talk and share about food and cooking, everyone love to eat, especially when it's sweet =)

I'm trying as much as I can to be an eco friendly person. I think that the nature is so important that if we want to keep travelling and enjoy the beauty of this world we need to take care of it.

I didn't travel all around the world, yet. It is something that I hope I will be able to do at some point.
