ABOUT ME

I'm a good living person and try to spend as much time as possible on enjoying life. As this is not always possible, I sometime end up a little grumpy. thankfuly i'm easely infect by others happyness and joy. Mostly any idea can sound good to me if they are presented in a chearful way.

PHILOSOPHY

Consider peoples to be good by nature, if they bit, dont stick around.
No one ever starved after a meal, its alright if you are not feeling full.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None right now, but would defenetly love to get to know people around the globe willing to take some of thier time to present their culture and mostly what they like the most about their part of the world.

I am sometimes affraid I would make a terrible host for a couch surfer. When I dont know much people I tend to talk very little.

兴趣

I spend most of my time cooking, or thinking about what should be cooked and how. I am a passionned cook. This does no take away the fact I love nature, and spending time outside. Nothing is more enjoyable than a bicycle ride along the country side,canoeing on a calm river or hicking.

There is always new things to learn, anything new is an opportunity which should not be missed.

音乐、电影和书籍

i'm a bit of a eclectic music lover. Mostly more interested in what it sounds like than who did it.

Same goes for movies, I enjoy some of them beacause they are terribly bad, other because they are master peices. From Horor genre, to comedy, every movie reprensent the point of view of the maker and can have something of interest.

Wish I could find the time to read more. I always end up going to bed too late when I read. Especialy Science fiction.

Nothing leave me more awestruck than the assembly of a spice mix. As you pick the same spices over and over for the same recepie, because you always do it according to your feeling of the day, the dish will always be deffrent.

Cooking reveals emotions. When you taste the same wine over years, you get to tast the emotion of the grape.

Food can provide this mixed emotion of reverence, respect and wonder.

The only thing I consider myself worthy of teaching someone is about cooking, and I intend to travel to discover more about the food culture in the world.

Sharing a meal with someone is a way for a cook to make others happy, and as much as the perfect meal for a cook is about flavor and balance, the biggest joy of eating is usuly about the people you are with.
