ABOUT ME

My mom is Chilean, my dad Swiss, I was born in Nigeria and I grew up in Costa Rica.
Traveling has always been something I have always really liked and an important part in my life. I also love to learn languages, and if I could I would do just that.
One of the most important travels was when I finished high school and I lived in New Zealand for a year with a wonderful family which 20 years after I still call Mom, Dad.
Then in 2009 I lived in Europe while doing a Masters in adult education. This experienced allowed me to meet wonderful people and amazing places.
During this time I also started practicing Kundalini Yoga and I was able to become a Kundalini Yoga Teacher and also learn a healing technique called Sat Nam Rasayan. Since then my life has been shaped by this.
After Europe I returned to Costa Rica and it was really important to reconnect with my family and with the Costa Rican culture.
During those 3 years my dream to become and entrepreneur became stronger and decided to take "the plunge" and travel the world to teach Yoga, heal people through Sat Nam Rasayan and deliver experiential workshops that allows people to understand each other better and work collaboratively.
So I quit my job, sold my things, left Costa Rica and started to focus first on healing myself. This new phase has allowed me to rediscover myself and share this new learning experiences with others.
