ABOUT ME

I am a 25 years girl from Paris, I lived in Stockholm for 4 years and now I'm a brand new inhabitant in London!

I've had many jobs like customer service, risk management, accounting management, etc.. For now I'm an office manager / project coordination manager in a start up that creates augmented reality videos. Then again, very exciting !

My mother is Jewish and her family is from Egypt, and my father is Muslim and he was born in Casablanca, Morocco. You get jewish by your mom and muslim by your dad, right ? ... As if it's not complicated enough, I went to a Catholic school. What I get of all this is a great culture, a rather good tolerance towards people's believes, and the ability of taking what's best of everything.

I like to go out, meet new people, laugh, but I mean, who doesn't ? I am a typical French girl, in the way that I love red wine and chese and foie gras and good food in general, I love to be right (I'm never wrong anyway), I'm a bad loser, I have an opinion on everything, but I like to discuss it especially with someone that has a different opinion.

PHILOSOPHY

Je voulais vivre intensement et sucer la moelle de la vie. Et ne pas, quand je viendrai à mourir, découvrir que je n'aurai pas vécu.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like hosting, being hosted, and introduce Paris or Stockholm to the tourists. I talk a lot about CS to my family and friends circle, and a lot of them registered, including my mother, who hosts by herself and went to Italy and the US in CS.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been hosting mainly when I was in France, and a little bit since I moved to Stockholm. And I've been hosted many times in Italy first, and then in Spain, Austria, Netherlands, and France. Most of my experiences have been good and even great.

Intereses

I love art, in all its forms. I love reading and writting. I takes pictures too, and i love cooking.
I love earings and shoes a little bit too much.
I really, REALLY hate sports ! Appart from a new one that I've been practicing for one year now : stealing glasses of bear in bars.

Algo increíble que he hecho

I've been WWOOFing in Finland, picking and planting strawberries for 10 days in an organic farm. It was like 30° out there and I was in the field for 6 hours every day, then my host-family and I would grill a few sausages and potatoes on the barbecue, drink some beer, maybe read or play cards, till sometimes midnight or 1AM. I was so amazed by the sun that would never went down, at least not so much. the forest was all around us and it was so quiet and so beautiful ! That's when I realized that I wanted to live in Scandinavia.

I cook a lot, i can make either sweet of salty dishes. I'm not sure i can really teach you that, but i can try :)
