ABOUT ME

I'm a dreamer and an incurable romantic. Why else would I try my hand at acting for a living? I've only recently decided I wanted to do it professionally. For my day job, until recently, I was a home equity loan underwriter - something I just kind of fell into when I moved back home.

I spent three years in Washington, D.C. earning a Master's degree in International Politics, a degree I most likely will not use in my professional life, sadly. But I'm grateful for the experience. It really changed my outlook on the world and my place in it. I suppose if the acting thing fails, I will always have this.

I'm constantly seeking out things that will move me - whether it's watching a movie, reading a poem, listening to an opera, or admiring a work of art. It is why I like to travel - to seek out new experiences and to meet new people and hear their stories.
